137 Ventures is a consulting and product development firm operated by Matt and Emily Alexander. Through it, we offer consulting services, develop new products, pursue new ventures, and participate in selective boards and advisory commitments, together or separately.

Matt Alexander, Director

Matt has spent 15 years building and scaling businesses across retail, technology, and e-commerce. He has led investments and acquisitions, launched brands, raised capital, and built teams across the US and UK. He has been recognised by Monocle, D CEO, FGI, Fast Company, and others for his work, and serves as an advisor to a number of companies and accelerators.

Emily Alexander, Director

Emily brings 15 years of experience in internal consulting and transformation management, solving complex operational problems for large companies including Southwest Airlines. She has earned a number of prestigious awards at a young age for her work.
